    WITHDRAWN M1855 Rifle Musket

Actually, 1855s are very collectible in the Civil War, reenacting, and N-SSA communities. Good ones are hard to come by, and the rarer rifles can be quite expensive. Even a lone lock can fetch $700-800 any given day. The fact that the barrel, stock, hardware are there, and if all original, $2k...

FOR SALE M1854 "Russian Contract" Colt Rifled Musket

Thank you! Great and very rare rifled musket to have. I'm shifting onto another collectipn piece, so I decided to throw this one onto the market.

WANTED WTB: Hall Rifle Breechblock Part

I'll try shooting them a call. They still owe me a set of castings from when I loaned them a m1857 Saxon rifle to them for 2 1/2 years back in 2016.

WANTED WTB: Hall Rifle Breechblock Part

Correct, that's why I have this down as WTB in the title in hopes of locating the part.

FOR SALE M1854 "Russian Contract" Colt Rifled Musket

Exceedingly rare, and very difficult to find, i have a m1815 converted to rifled musket on behalf of Sam Colt to sell to the Russians. In very good condition, it would be hard to find another example, and even harder to find a m1815 converted. Please shoot me a PM for additional pictures...

    Mainspring and Fizzen Vises

Hi Ricky, This was shared to me in Facebook. Taken from a French 1754 Cavalry manual. B the spring lifter will be used to mount and dismount the plate; but care must be taken that in both cases the hammer is down on the bassinet, and that the battery is closed in order to dismount it 75 the...

    Got this 1842 Springfield

You'd have fun and open a new side of the hobby with the N-SSA. You did good on the purchase. Original locks are $250+, barrel $500-600, hardware, stock, you're well under the retail value.

WITHDRAWN Armi sport 1842 Springfield smoothbore never fired

Find the SAC sheets for the Macon arsenal altercations. Cutting it down to non-spec limits the marketability when you sell down the road.

    US Combination Tools from 1800-1870s

Actually, some of those tools would be for flintlock weapons. They're just not categorized, and I didn't have my m1819 Hall tool yet. I believe I had a Baker rifle tool at one point and ended up selling to refocus my collection.

    US Combination Tools from 1800-1870s

I'd be curious whom bought it, and if they're reachable. Jim Shaffer published the thread sizes for all US arms in Vol. 2, but I don't think the sizes correlated to a modern size. I had made a bunch of cone thread measuring tools to bring to shows so when a cone is found for purchase, it'd be...

    US Combination Tools from 1800-1870s

The J Tools are all original. I ended up selling one and to fund a mainspring vise purchase as I recall- our some other I didn't have a version yet of. I'll probably have to do tool yearly tool adds to keep track of everything. The wipers are whole other issue with swapped ramrods, differences...

    US Combination Tools from 1800-1870s

I did! I'm still small time compared to Roger Bethke whom sets up at the Baltimore show every spring, but I'm slowly adding piece by piece.

    Anyone make tools?

For anyone looking for the most authentic Confederate made screwdriver with cone wrench, shoot me a PM for his info. He also makes 1:1 the best m1816+ J-tools and just did a top notch match of my m1824 Hall J-tool.

Samuel Colt 1854 Rifled Muskets "Russian Contract"

This is likely the first time three extremely rare Colt 1854 Russian Contract rifled-muskets have been assembled together since the Civil War. Two are model 1816 muskets, but the third is a must model 1815. These muskets are missing from some of the most advanced musket collections, so it's an...

    US Combination Tools from 1800-1870s

One was found in a CS camp in the 1970s. No clue as to what weapon it served at this point.

    Gun Broker ?

I have bought, but mostly have sold on Gunbroker. It's easier than trying to update a my website, but not as easy a listing them on Facebook (without a $ price) and matching the album sold. I'm fine with an item sitting on GB for a few weeks/ months- it's easier than dragging them around to...

ISO: Gunsmith for Revolving Rifle Repair

Close- the Palmetto Arms Colt Revolving Rifle from the mid-2000s. Might be just as much a pain in the butt as fixing the parts to reuse on an original.
