Hi - just came across this listing, I might be willing to buy this off you soon, but I'd like to see some confirmation that it actually is ready to fire. I bought a Norwich Contract M1861 online from a shop in Alabama earlier this year, dropped 1100 on it after the guy told me it had been fired...

Just joined up from Cedar Rapids - Been getting into muzzleloading this year, right now I just have a Traditions Kentucky Rifle in .50 and a non-firable original 1861 Springfield that I'm hoping to get repaired by a local gunsmith, but I've enjoyed getting started!

If this is still available after the holiday season I'd very much be interested in buying - I'll keep an eye out here.
