    Dilemma on sights

Morning Bruce, How about moving the rear sight forward, that helps lots of folks as this get older. There is a guy in Indiana who makes a rear sight which folds into the stock which would work and you could use your rifle with or without the peep sight for the kids.

    Buck vs Doe

"I was taught that when you shot a doe, you killed 2 deer for next year, witch there is probably some truth to." With that rational, need to be shooting does. Do you think a buck only breeds one doe and stops? If you shoot a buck how many does are walking around unbred?

Why does a load shoot two separate goups??

Are you shooting two (2) different rifles, one a 50 and one a .45? If so, that is why the groups are different.

    Muzzle Blasts Focus?

No inline articles to speak of . My problem is I can read the entire thing in 30 minutes and the one I read is basically the same as last month. The Editor writes a page telling the reader what the reader is going to read? Each month James Filmer tells how he is retired, about 10 years now...

    Scheels LIMITS Caps?!?

Have to be prepared. When I use to go to the Winter Nationals, I would stop at Coonie's on the way home and get a case. When I would go to shoots I would buy a 1,000 caps, even if I did not need them. Folks at the Sept shoot at Friendship bought up all the Goex powder, they were preparing...

    Scheels LIMITS Caps?!?

To some folks, your numbers would make sense and to others it would be considering hoarding. Depends on what you want personally. It all depends on what you personal inventory level is. My mentor said if you shoot 1 buy 2,if you shoot 2 buy 4, etc.

    Almost Stuck?

Why do folks come here to brag they did something stupid? Never seen a trophy for not paying attention to what they were doing.

Mentioning what is not to be mentioned makes as much sense as wearing a Mandalorian helmet.

Was Dutch right about wiping between shots?

I would never have thought running a patch down a barrel between shots was such a hot topic? I've muzzle loaders that I can shoot till I'm bored without needing to wipe the bore so long as the humidity isn't too bad and some that have to be wiped or they get so bad they need to be loaded with a...

Was Dutch right about wiping between shots?

How about No Second Place, he is consistently the top pistol shooter at Friendship. In watching the top pistol shooters at Friendship, they all wipe between shots, also watching the top offhand rifle shooters at Friendship, they also wipe between shots. Do they give medals to the shooter who...

Opinions on product for glass bedding a stock that was overcut by a newbie

If you can not get the barrel out after using Acraglass, stick the whole rifle in the freezer and it will come apart. Depending where you live, you might be able to just to put it outside for a while this time of year.
