Barrel is 42", LOP is 13.75, Weight is 8lbs Manufactured by the late gunmaker Louis Smith (1927-2000) of Hacker Martin's 20th century "Johnson City School" of gunmakers in Tennessee around the 1970s. A few more pics

Not a disaster, chalk it up as a learning lesson. That is an easy fix Luckily its at the muzzle instead of further down the barrel, but that can be fixed as well
