What are your favorite Thompson Center (T/C) Percussion guns?

Yeah I saw them on other smaller auction sites And I just saw these posts here... I wanted to make a thread to buy one but looks like it has to be on the modern ML forum instead https://www.muzzleloadingforum.com/threads/t-c-scout.166263/#post-2378849...

What are your favorite Thompson Center (T/C) Percussion guns?

Same here. I think they look awesome, just like a nice lever action rifle (If I am thinking of the same one) I am not sure if they are allowed on this forum though, I've seen a few over on the modern ML forum though, and other places cheap around $150

What are your favorite Thompson Center (T/C) Percussion guns?

I really liked my 50cal White Mountain Carbine. Was such a light and nice looking gun. I just wish it had set triggers and some brass like the Hawkens do, I love how they look. I am also partial to the TC Cougar, almost bought one (special edition Hawken with staineless steel instead of brass)...

    Pietta or Uberti 1858 Remington

Right now any Pietta bought from Taylor's comes with a spare cylinder. I got a Remington "Ace" there, wasn't bad pricing after a coupon code and the customer service is great. For pretty much any other guns I go with Uberti though

    SOLD Uberti 2nd Model Dragoon

Is that "21" for the proofmark? Meaning it's a manufactured in 2021 model?

1873 Cattleman Cap and Ball Revolvers

Those guns look good! Love the shorter barreled one. I know we probably aren't supposed to be talking about this subject but I have looked into this as I wanted to compare the price of just buying the cartridge 45 colt SAA from Uberti vs the Uberti black powder version + having a gunsmith...

1873 Cattleman Cap and Ball Revolvers

Nice looking revolver, it's the 5.5" barrel model right? I've found one website with a 4.75" Quickdraw Cimarron brass triggerguard model (manufactured by Uberti) that looks like new old stock, going to give them a call and see.

1873 Cattleman Cap and Ball Revolvers

Thanks for the info on the gunsmithing options I own most of the cap and ball revolvers out there and I know for sure I want to try out the 1873s. I already use a loading stand for my Remingtons and short barrel Colts, I will probably pick up a base pin removal tool for it though. On Uberti's...

1873 Cattleman Cap and Ball Revolvers

No worries, that's partly why I am so intrigued by them, I haven't seen the birdshead model anywhere else besides Taylor's. They even used to make a Bisley model but I know I won't find one anywhere unless maybe used on the classifieds.

1873 Cattleman Cap and Ball Revolvers

Not for me. You have to click the link itself, not copy & paste it, maybe that's the problem. I am talking about cap and ball percussion revolvers and only posted the link to show the different model options, here is where the link brings me to: I guess I can remove it and just leave this...

1873 Cattleman Cap and Ball Revolvers

They're cap and ball. Maybe youre looking at the wrong page? I linked the .44 caliber black powder percussion revolvers. It even says so in the URL

1873 Cattleman Cap and Ball Revolvers

Has anyone seen the 1873 Cattleman black powder revolvers for sale anywhere recently? I really like the 3.5" barrel birdshead grip models or even the 4.75" Quickdraw version but I don't really want Pietta's barrel markings on this gun As far as models made by Uberti, lately all I have seen is...
