    Navy Arms Miroku Charleville parts?

I've come across several older muzzle loading musket-types that appear to have been sitting un-used, perhaps as decoration or whatever. Just got a NIB Zoli 1803 Harpers Ferry that was unused in original box even thought it was from the 1970's. Gotta love finds like that! Good luck with your...

    Is Swiss Powder any good?

I have a pal who meets regularly with some very high income guys, most of whom are veterans of some sort. A regular attendee is an agent of a particular 3-letter, and he bluntly stated, if you have or know of something regulated by my employer, DO NOT even mention or think about it around me....

    Muzzle Blasts Focus?

I have been to Dixon's several times, and Mr. Fulmer is from that area. It's nice to realize that Pennsylvania and area were so instrumental in muzzle loading rifle history.

    Muzzle Blasts Focus?

I gotta agree with you; it's not for everyone; if I didn't value the overall presence of the NMLRA, I'd drop it pretty fast. I just think the organization is a good thing to have in general, but I can see where not everyone has the extra money or need for it. If you look at the circulation...

    250th India-Bess

I have a real nice India-made Bess w/ bayonet that I want to sell to someone looking to kit up for the 250th. I walk things around the big regional gun shows, but dealers always want to pay next to nothing for stuff. Hoping to run into a younger re-enactor looking forward to the 250th...

    Is Swiss Powder any good?

Oh, come on, as if one individual selling a can of powder to another is going to trigger a national crime wave....

    Muzzle Blasts Focus?

No. Very little "in-line". Still lots on the competitions, etc. I subscribe, and will continue, but also enjoy Muzzleloader magazine, with lots of history, and crafts (do it yourself column), specific shooting w. Mike Nesbitt, etc. I get 'em both. Try Muzzle Blasts on the newsstand, if there's...

    1803 Harpers Ferry lock replacement?

Recently got a mint, NIB, older 1803 by Zoli. The lock was horrible! Sent it to The Lock Doctor @ Cabin Creek, it's real fine, now! That is of course an additional cost to a purchase, but muzzle loaders aren't noted for their sanity, anyway! ;)

    Choosing a brand of powder

Fortunately GOEX is back...unless someone is doing Olympic-type shooting, I don't think any normal human can detect any difference, all things being equal; although I know there are some here who will claim otherwise!

    Oaks Gun Show PA

Anyone else here go to the Philly- area gun show at Oaks? It's not a great M/L source, but many of us are into other stuff as well. Just curious! (Disclaimer; don't look for Caps there!)
