Sorry I must have hit a nerve here. If you think charging alot for shoddy performance is normal that's fine whenever it's a gun I expect nothing less than good performance right out of the box like My Charliville from Access Heritage. A thousand rounds and never one misfire

For what you are paying for a Pedersoli you should Not have to do anything but powder, patch,ball and fire. You wouldn't accept that from another product so Why are you willing to make excuses for poor quality.

For as much as Pedersoli charges you should Not have to do anything like that. Like I SAID Cadillac prices but YUGO performance.

Happy for your luck. I wished I had had good luck with My three but I was not that Fortunate. ALL My problems with the rifles were solved by L&R locks. Now they are good shooters.

Save your trouble and go to L&R and get a decent Lock. I've had to replace everyone of my cheap Pedersoli locks with dependable Locks. For as much as Pedersoli charges for their guns you would think that they are Quality. Sadly not the case. Get a good Lock

Boy you got ripped off. Cook hardware store had them for 7.50 when I was a kid. It's still puffing smoke after All the years.

Also as a kid we All started off with a cheap H&R .410. when you could afford it you would get something else like a rifle. I think it was the same back then

No they are not Worth what they are asking. They're just Greedy Jerks who gives you a mediocre rifle and says it's Quality. I have a few and they're not worth what I paid.

I'm not sure if I agree with you. The steel picked up by the barrel makers is not chosen because of it not being PURE. Of course you are going to have a different grade for a modern rifle. Different tools for the job
