I agree with kyron4 on this. I try to do all of my load development when there is snow on the ground. Patches are easy to find and I seem to do a lot more shooting/testing and a lot less looking.- yotyfox

Lead or Leather to hold the flint
I've had the best luck with leather. Lead has only worked short term for me, 5-6 shots before it moves.- yotyfox
