I did a quick search on Don Goucher and found a contemporary maker in the 1960 -1970 period by that name. The rifle in the thread was very fancy like this nice example. Also interesting that it has a screw in tourch hole, I haven't seen a lot of orginal rifles but I have never seen that before...
