    Help me spend my money

Right on. That’s why my friend that I got my ROA from bought the mold & he hooked me up with his old casting set up. So I can borrow the mold when I need more bullets.

    Help me spend my money

Yessir to both of your questions. A Japanese guy named Kaido designed these cast conicals specifically for the ROA. They are perfect loading & shooting. If I remember correctly their dia is .456 I got my bullets from a guy that’s back in my home state of Md. he’s selling them on GB and some...

They do incredibly well with the Kaido conicals too and handle up to 35gr of T7fff as well. What’s not to love right

    Help me spend my money

The cylindrical thingy next to it in pic 1 is a compact “ travel “ cleaning kit that I got on fleebay for around 25.00. I thought that was a bit expensive, but it’s pretty cool & does a great job.

    Help me spend my money

I got my first BP pistol less than a yr ago, a blued ROA 7.5” barrel. I love the thing. All I shoot in it is 220gr Kaido conicals with T7fff powder. I highly recommend trying the Kaidos.

    Everything .40 Cal. Muzzleloader

I've shot lots of 10mm pistol bullets in my .40 sidelock from 140, 150, 160, 180, 200, 220gr cast pure lead. They are a great option, I shot plenty of jacketed 10mm's too, they just needed to be sized to .397 instead of the cast bullets at .40. I had a 1:37 twist, this next one will be 1:32 or...

    How do you eat them

Thats a really creative take on using grits. Waaaaay - " outside the box ". But really cool. Where I come from, we called sushi - BAIT! Eating Seaweed - I'm never going to be " that hungry "! I know 2 men that nearly died & had lost much of their intestines from parasites from eating raw fish -...

    Your Ideal Hunting Muzzleloader?

I absolutely love both calibers. As a matter of fact, all the muzzleloaders I had were .40 or .45 until a few months ago when I got this beautiful .50 with a GM LRH 1:24 twist in a Rigby Sporter stock. I could sleep with that gun honestly. So now its .50 cal time & some heavy cast conicals for me.

    Your Ideal Hunting Muzzleloader?

Then either get something like a Rigby Sporter stock or the White Mountain Hunter stock & put your barrel & everything in that or have a stock maker cut that curve off the butt and have a spacer with a recoil pad added to it. I don’t like those style stocks at all. I love the Gibbs stock & TC...

    Nice job there.

    What are your favorite targets?

Good idea & since I take neither political side anymore, I'll equally enjoy non-discriminently blowin holes in whichever ones I can get.

    Beware

I've always liked my guns like I've liked my women - variety - Plenty out there to choose from, why not try to shoot as many different ones as ya can. Sure there have been " favorites " but none that would ever stop me from wanting & trying something new when the op presents itself. If, I had to...
