    Another pair of pocket pistols

I'm not sure of the calibre. I disposed of all my percussion pistols last year and all my full-size pistols to concentrate on French high-art pocket pistols. Most likely around 12mm. Barrel is removed for loading. Here's a couple of picks before the culling. I've removed the website link on the...

Described by the previous owner as "Flemish" but almost certainly Belgium made. About 7" rifled bores.

    Moving to Oz

Hi Harry As a general rule the manufacture date determines the licensing requirement. Kit-built or replica, think Pedersoli, are treated as normal firearms, with handguns being almost impossible to import unless you can prove thematic or heirloom importance. Happy to advise further if moving to...

They date to around 1816. Presentation pistols like these were more of a status symbol than a defence weapon. This pistol dates to about 1792.

"I don’t Want to get smacked in the head with a cast iron frying…ever". I don't have that problem at all, my wife knows I don't spend more than a couple of hundred dollars on a pistol. Only thing is...... I'll need to sell 'em before I fall off the perch, or someone is going to get very lucky.

Sam, earlwb, I suspect you don't have your priorities aligned correctly. You're probably throwing your money away on unimportant stuff like putting food on the table, educating the kids, that sort of stuff. You need to focus 🥸
