Hello and thanks in advance for any help. This was a hand-me-down and all I can find is G R Douglas 45 cal on the barrel. It appears to be silver inlay. The stock box was hand chiseled out. Gun barrel is 42" and 56 1/2" overall. I wish I knew the maker or even age. I would appreciate any help...
