I bought a bunch of extra cylinders back when they were $49.99 at Cabela's.

The Walker will hold more BP for sure but I wouldn't trust it with more than 40 grains and the Kaido. I have to use an off the gun cylinder loader and a hammer to get 35 grains and that 240 Kaido in an ROA cylinder.

Those bullets work well in my ROAs also with the 30 grains.

Don't blame the OP. Pietta was the one that mislabeled that revolver. Just like 44 cal 1851s.

I bought some 220 grain Kaido conical bullets on Gunbroker that smack pretty good over 30 grains of Swiss 3F.

3" I believe on the first one the others are 5 1/2".

Around ten years ago Cabelas had Pietta brass 44 Navies on sale for about $120 so I bought three. One is in the safe almost new, one got sold and the other got shot a lot and modified. I got my money's worth!

I love my 2nd gen Colts and a couple Ubertis. That's an 1849 Uberti on the left and an Uberti 1862 on the right.

I have a 2nd Gen Colt 1851 that 45D has fixed and I also have a 2015 or 16 Pietta 1851 that works very good.

I use Gatefoe #1 for lube on the wads and when done right it doesn't affect the powder a bit. Even when loaded and left over a year.
