    A very fine TC Hawken

    Now that is how this rifle should be presented. I have now reworked several older T/C guns myself from a near grave back into service. Hope some of you guys get into the art too.

    Look on Flea-bay. Keep checking. Several people have been parting out the old T/C's. By the way I'm from Missouri and there is a large following of flint where I am from. My choice of rifle is my own Kentucky longrifles. I have several older T/C's for the thick brush.

    Slow ignition Touch-hole size?

    Load your rifle with ffg and a vent pick inserted. Tap your load so it gets deep into your breach. Prime with ffffg . Make sure you use a flint that is sharp. (Not an agate flint.) If you don't have a real flint get one. It will work. Let us know when you try this.
