    No Gary, This is not the action that Jim was showing at Friendship. This action is smaller and uses a different arrangement to unlock the swivel. By comparison, this action is only 1-3/4" from top to bottom of the swivel plates for a rifle, and 1-9/16" for the pistol. Dave Waters
