    Home made black powder solvent

    I agree with zrifleman. I have used that solution for around twenty years . Great stuff. No problems. I have not used water or oil on my muzzleloading guns since the 70,s. I can put them up for a year and go back and no rust. I also use bore butter after cleaning.

    I was wondering if many of you have used Swiss powder. If so do you see much difference in your groups at the range. Its my understanding that you will get more consistent velocities than you do with Goex. Curious if any of you have found this to be true.
