    NJ Muzzleloader missing Calibers

    As I read the hunting regs in New Jersey, large game is .50 cal and up. Small game is .36 cal to 22 .cal, all muzzleloader. I just got a Pennsylvania flintlock at .40 cal. What do I do? Why the arbitrary cutoff do you think?
