Challenge Can you ID this smoothbore?

Ok cool thanks. And do we have any idea around when these parts were made? And from what I can gather this isn't a very pricey gun. I should hang it on the wall as a decoration?

Wow thank you for the info. That answered all the questions I had and kind of makes this mystery make sense. I really appreciate the help. Now the million dollar question... What do you guys think it's worth?? I've had a couple people contact me wishing to buy it. Is it something that holds a...

Challenge Can you ID this smoothbore?

So you're saying this gun was assembled in Belgium with different surplus parts from all over? From my understanding parts were not interchangeable back then. Meaning it would take some heavy customization to get it all to fit together. And maybe even fabricating a stock that fits it all. Did...

Challenge Can you ID this smoothbore?

I actually found that the proof is a London proof. a crown over "V" that was started in 1670. Not sure at all, though, when it was discontinued...

Challenge Can you ID this smoothbore?

Hey guys. I posted in flintlock and it was suggested I post here as well. This gun has probably been shortened along its lifetime- barrel is only 24" long. Wood is probably walnut (fairly certain). Other than that I'm not too sure on info... Lock English? Someone suggested because of the cheek...
