    I place homemade cleaning patches in a pill bottle and pour in some 91% isopropyl alcohol

    another question for those who own a traditions ky rifle

    I use 3f goex in my traditions Kentucky flintlock with no problems. I've found that after you pour the powder if you hit the side of the rifle opposite of the lock a few times to settle the powder then ignition is noticably quicker
