I worked on it about 10 hours across several days. A little at a time and when I got tired or sloppy, I walked away for a while.

Thank you. In hindsight there are several things I would do in a different order, and some I'd do a completely different way. But all in all, I am very pleased with this rifles look and performance.

After much tinkering with loads and sight alignment, the 100 yd run came to look like such. Not too bad for 60 y/o eyes and shaky hands ... .490" Hornady ball, 0.020" patch, 85gr FFFg, 100 yards off-hand.
