    Correct round ball size?

    I have a .577cal. mixed parts rifle with a 32 inch barrel and 1:66 twist.I am not sure of the correct round ball size.I am currently trying a .562 mold but I was thinking of trying a .575. Thank you for any input.

    I have a .577 rifle that I have been plating with and it shoots .570 balls with .10 patch fairly well.But my question is I just got a good deal on a mold and it is a .562 should it work with a thicker patch say .18 to .20? Thanks Brianpa

    Big barrel

    Does any one know where I could get a barrel made I would like to build a long range gun like the confederate sharp shooters gun at Gettysburg. The barrel is around 2 inch octagon and 40 or 45 caliber. Thanks for any help.
