    Serial Number Dating a T/C

    I just had a buddy of mine give me a .50 cal T/C Hawkins he bought new in early 70's he said. Serial #22,XXX. Said he only shot it a couple times. I have the original box of ball which is missing about 5 of them. The rifle still looks new, and im new to this sport and looking forward to shooting it.
