Oh yes most of the time the harder rounds (zinc) the softer rounds (lead) can be recovered and remelted to make new rounds.

Howitzer targets are 50 yds shorter than rifled gun targets...watch until about the 20 second mark and see what happens after it has hit it's target

They are hollow from what I understand and I have never picked one up. The rounds for my Coehorn are around 5lbs ish and I know they are sand filled

Those were Iron guns back then these are much safer because they are all steel.

10-12 inches and I will ballpark the weight between 20-25 lbs I believe. It's not my mortar so I don't know for sure.

Nah I doubt she would notice. Sneaking it in on the other hand, might give ya trouble. And the game is completely up if ya fire it within say 200 yards of her. LOL

I once heard some one say after a Pack Parrot fired and they were on the adjacent position that when this thing goes off it is like getting slapped by a fat chick. LOL
