The cylinder comes out of those guns so easy you could get a loading stand. They seat the ball deeper and accuracy is good enough for a Plainsman side match.
I read the .44 Pietta is built on the 51 but the .44 Dance originally on the Dragoon. The .36. Dance was on the .51.
