    Over here in Aus we can send firearms between licensed people(or not) through our postal system within our own state. If I want to send a firearm interstate then it has to be Dealer to Dealer.     I have to smile I’m afraid each time you guys complain about the cost of consumables. All of us in Aus wish we could be so lucky. A trip to pretty much the cheapest Gunshop in Brisbane today made my heart stop. Looks like my stash of caps will have to do for a while.

    I wonder if it is powder? Might be worth trying to ignite a small portion. If it does burn, or if the granules look as though it could have been 4f then I’m going for powder to prime a flintlock
