What Part Of Clean It Now Don't You Understand?
My rule is to clean my ML's before the sun goes down. But sometimes rules are broken. If I can't clean then I plug the barrel with a rubber stopper and clean the gun the next day. If it was good enough for the late great ML shooter Harry Pope it's good enough for me- Gary Vandersluis

Older Goex black powder
I have used goex recently that dated from 1958. It worked well. I have two tins now probably from the 70's and I remember reading about a Civil war era revolver found in an attic and fully loaded. Not knowing an alternative to make it safe they recapped it secured it in a vice and fired it...- Gary Vandersluis
