    That's the best I have at the moment, as the musket is stored at my parents at the moment. I'm away at the moment but once I get back I'll get some closer better resolution photos and some gull length of both sides

    Not too long ago I was given a smooth bore musket. The infomation I was given was that it's a Springfield 1835. After doing my own research I think it's more likely a Charleville 1777. The trigger guard and what I can make out of the cheek plate seem to fit. As you can see from the pictures...
