Where/how can I get a cheap powder horn? I can DIY most of it, I’m not picky.

What’s a pouring spot compared to… other spouts? I’m new here, sorry. I want my horn to specifically pour into an adjustable powder measure only. The amounts needed will always vary. Thank you for your guys help. I really appreciate it.

Awesome. Thanks guys. And yeah I hoping to find a horn cheaper than the spout. I can always upgrade the horn later if needed. I’ll check out everything mentioned. All the comments were very helpful. Thank you.

Where/how can I get a cheap powder horn? I can DIY most of it, I’m not picky.

It’s my first powder horn. I need one for my muzzle loader rifle. I’d like to get a polished horn that I can add a powder measure spout thing instead of just a plug. Track or the wold has a spout that I would probably buy to add to whatever horn I end up with. But a lot of the horns are...

Combination Rod Ends/Jegs and Combination Tools, Yea or Nay?

Oh man, can you post some pictures of that? I plan on dressing up my dads CVA as much as I can. I'd like to restain the stock to something darker and then replace as many things as I can with brass. I'd also like to blue or brown the barrel. I'm open for any recommendations, tips, or help of any...

Combination Rod Ends/Jegs and Combination Tools, Yea or Nay?

That's what I'll do for my pistol. But I'm still going to buy a delrin range rod for the rifle. I'd like to try one out. One of them is offered with a combination end that I was thinking about getting.

Cannons and Mortars are my main hobby but I'd like to bring muzzleloaders into as well.

Me and my brother have several smaller mortars and cannons. We also have a bowling ball mortar that we take out for a day of shooting. I was able to get my hands on my dads muzzleloader that he put together from a kit before I was born. He passed away several years ago so I'm planning on fixing...

Combination Rod Ends/Jegs and Combination Tools, Yea or Nay?

Delrin Is softer and flexible. The biggest complaint is that some people think it is too flexible and that it will also touch the sides of the rifle. The main thing I want is rod that I can pull a ball with. And delrin is pretty damn indistructractable so that's a plus for when we go out...

Combination Rod Ends/Jegs and Combination Tools, Yea or Nay?

First post, kind of new to muzzleloading firearms. Cannons are my main hobby but I'd like to branch out a little bit. I've had a .50 cal Traditions Trapper Pistol for a few years but only shot it a few times. I recently received my dads old .45 cal CVA Mountain Rifle he assembled from one of...
