    Need help identifying old muzzleloader

    I was given an old round ball 45 cal. muzzleloader, markings on the barrel read MFG. FOR ULTR-HIGH BY MIROKU JAPAN 30569. Any help identifing it would be greatly appreciated. Also if anyone has an idea of what it is worth would also help.
