Any questions please ask. Fully functional, bore is perfect, clean undamaged nipples. Only letting go because I have a 2nd one I am keeping. I have a .58 cal original 1861 springfield and also wanted a rifled .69 1842. Thanks.
Edit: updated to comply with rules. Been awhile since I posted and I...

Up for sale I have a Colt 2nd generation 1860 Army Revolver. Appears to be unfired and in original box. The box is in rough condition, but the revolver is in excellent condition. It has matching numbers and the harder to find fluted cylinder. I'm asking $750 including shipping to the lower 48...

Got my hands on a signature series Dragoon and everything came apart smooth as can be… except the wedge screw, I can pop the wedge over to clear my arbor no problem. But cant budge the wedge retention screw itself to completely remove the wedge from the gun. Anyone had this problem or have a fix?
As my wife would say, my gun is a little short. Well, short for this holster. Right handed, nice leather in good if not perfect shape. (See photos).
No maker marks. Asking $40 delivered or trade for a similar holster for my 1860 Pietta 'sheriff' model.
Thanks
Hey everybody. When I first got into bp I had only used a walker and then a dragoon in .44. bought a Remington a few years back and loved the quick cylinder changes on it but ended up giving it to a friend. I've recently picked up a traditions set with a brass 1851 navy in .44 because of a...
Will Slixshot Nipples work on a Colt Dragoon? Not Uberti or Pietta. If I’m not mistaken I think that the thread is different from Italian reproductions.
Good afternoon,
A family member recently gifted me an early 1980s production, unfired Armi San Marco Colt 1860 Army brass frame. I broke down the whole gun to clean it and make sure everything was working properly. I noticed that upon reinstalling the loading lever/plunger, when I push down on...
I picked up an Authentic Colt Dragoon today that has lots of wear. The serial number is 1312A . Can anyone tell me the year of manufacture and what series it is, and what generation it is? Thanks. First to reply I will tell you what I paid for it. Thanks!
I've always liked tinkering with old guns and felt the need to occupy some time recently so I'm at it again. Bought an old brass frame 1849 FIE Colt copy. As per his description, it had been purchased as a college age project, had gotten wet and been stored since. Sounded perfect so I paid a...
I'd like to give a shout out to Sudden Impact Pistol Grips for sending this awesome "Aged Ivory" grip for my Uberti Colt Walker. He can do any color on pretty much any handgun in production (And some not in production any more). What's more, unlike say, Tombstone Grips, it is one piece and not...
I got a Pietta 1851 Navy last week and decided to install the Slix-Shot nipples.
After the first shots, the clouds parted, the sun shined, the heavens opened and I heard angels singing!
There were absolutely ZERO cap jams! I only had trouble with putting one cap on the nipple. That was...
Colt musket with nice patina. Made in 1864. All metal surfaces in great condition, not rubbed and worn. Nipple area is nice and clean, bore is very smooth. A real delight. Stock is solid and shows patina, wear with usage. A solid Colt musket and very clean. $1500. Plus ship. I accept cards...
