Just a few pics of this season from my cell phone: Just a few jakes...but boy were they tasty.

Stayed in a cabin from the late 1700s that was restored. Pretty cool stuff.

I'm still trying to get a longbeard in my sights...been out 4 times but nada.
So far just got no birds in the little patch I have to hunt...I hear one occasionally a few hundred yards over on adjacent posted property but unable to bring them my way...planning on going again in the morning...most breeding is over here so there may actually be a better chance of calling a lonely one my way if his hens have all gone to the nest by now
