I don’t recall the woman’s name who made this and she did not put any label or markings of her name on the garment. My wife paid $400 for this Weskit, I never could get myself to spend that much. My wife agreed that this garment was made by Apple Cart Creations. This fabric is called
“Linsey-Woolsey”. This is a true 18th century fabric costing over $100 per yard.
