This pistol has some of the nicest wood I’ve seen on a stock replica. I picked it up for that reason only. It was nearly unfired and had the full length barrel. I immediately sent it off to a pistol tuner Einstein Arizona for a tune, he cleaned up the chambers (they were .446-.449”) they’re now .452” all six. It’s got an action shield, cap rake, fitted arbor and he also recut the forcing cone before cutting the barrel and loading lever to 6”. It’s been filled with Mobil One synthetic grease and now fired a few dozen times. I’m cleaning house in anticipation of a worked up, engraved and nickel plated 2nd Gen 1860… priorities, priorities…
