1861 Navy Replica Arms

I’ve recently obtained a 1861 Navy that is marked
Replica Arms Inc.
Marietta Ohio
Made in Italy

on the right side of the barrel assembly just above the wedge. It has a date code for 1969.
It appears to be unfired in 99% condition.
The fit and finish looks to be a notch above some of the current stuff I’ve seen. Locks up tight as a drum on all chambers.
I’m unable to see much about Replica Arms. Anyone familiar with this company.

Replica Arms was one of the early importers and seems to have brought in quality guns. They were gobbled up by Navy Arms many years ago.
