It's not really a secret, it's just not settled until it's voted on by the attendees of the current year's rondyvoo so the 2015 site will be settled in October, 2014. They use to plan 2 years in advance but not no more. The number of people attending rondyvoos is down and is shrinking every year. The people that do go tend to like events close to home so it's like the same few people attending the rondyvoo vote on the same voo sites. I'm from Ohio but having the EPR in Ohio just doesn't seem right to me. It's more convenient though. Ohio is not in the eastern part of the country but the old northwest. Somehow it got relocated for convenience, I bet. I know it's not that simple since new host sites are difficult to find but that's my theory anyway.
