 The reenacting of the Battle of Bushy Run is upon us once again. See how Colonel Henry Bouquet and his Troops defeated Native American forces that had ambushed them here in 1763, on their way to save Fort Pitt that was under siege. The morning battle portrays the events that occurred on August 5th and the afternoon engagement shows the August 6th tactics that led to victory. Also featured are period 18th century camps, a military trades demonstration, 18th century craftspeople, and other special programs.

I can put a couple pics here for folks to see. They have a list of reenactors names. If we contact them about pics, which we have asked for, they say we're being self centered. If others who visit the site would voice their opinions, They may put some on the site.
