Ive settled on a load of 40gr of 3f goex in the 36.Shoots its best groups from 25 to 50 yards with this load.Does any one who is smart enough at math know how fast the .350 prb is leaving the muzzle and at 50 yards?
Caplock,26 inch barrel,65 gr ball, and snug patch with little lube, just a generel ider would be fine.
It wont change my load any,im just a wondering.

I'm not, but Lyman is... This is their test results from a .36 caliber with 28 inch barrel and should be pretty close to what your getting when you shoot 40 grains of 3fg Goex; From the muzzle FPS - 1706, ME - 458 ft./lbs, Energy @ 100 yds -106 ft./lbs... 50 yards should be; 1124 FPS, 179 ft./lbs... This is from the Lyman Black Powder Handbook...
