Beautiful rifle. Any specifications on it? And what’s that rear sight?

Quigley the rear sight is a peep. I make the bases for all my peeps. Mounts with tang screw. No extra drilling or anything.barrel I believe was rice it's round bottom 36 in. X 13/16,,goucher lock by Davis , siler lock, davis#6 double set triggers, eeighti f I remember was 8.6 lb. I can weigh it again.
The bore looks like a mirror and so does back side of lock. Only fired 12 times.
Just to lazy to get out
