Howdy fellers. I've got a Cherokee with a .40 barrel. Had it since 2015 or so and it is a great shooter. It has a few scratches on the stock from a gun safe mishap. And whoever finished the barrel didn't put the finish on it very well so it is pretty thin in spots. Not rusty at all and still looks great to me. Double set triggers and super lightweight. I forgot to measure the barrel and can do that tomorrow and update. I also don't know what the twist is. When I bought it I was told it was a "round ball" barrel so I assumed 1:66, but don't know for sure. All I know is that it is one of, if not the, most accurate BP guns I've ever owned. She is on the mark and a pleasure to carry and shoot.
Why am I getting rid of it? Because I really want a .40 with the full length stock. I've seen some by Pedersoli and Dixie Gunworks like that but just never seem to be in a position to buy one when they pop up. So, at this point, I am really debating on just trading but I may decide to sell it outright and just buy one. If you have something that fits the bill, and are interested in trading, let me know and we will see what we can do. If I decide to list on on Gunbroker (which I really don't want to do) I am thinking the starting price will be around $650 + shipping.
