Anyone use one as a powder measure? Anyone know exactly how much Pyrodex one holds?

I don't use Pyrodex but I do use a .45-70 case to charge my .54 mountain rifle. I trimmed it down so it holds 70 grains of BP. Soldered an eyelet into the spent primer to put it on a lanyard. It has worked great for about 30 years.
