This winter I started working on one of David Price’s .54 caliber swivel breech flintlock rifle kits. This is something a little different for me, but I’ve been interested in swivel breech rifles for a few years now.

I’m doing a video series on the kit build, but I want to say up front that I’m far from a talented builder, so please take it for what it is worth. Feel free to tell me better ways of doing things. I’m always open to learning new techniques.

Here are the videos I’ve done so far.

Will follow your videos, currently own a swivel made by L.Day beautiful weapon, could not be happier with it. I have 2 years of work left yet and my drive is to build a rifle when I retire. Always enjoy your posts and videos. May our paths cross one day. R.C.BINGAMAN An Appalachian Hunter
