Has anyone tried the Hodgdon 777 in pistols? I have yet to try this powder, as I have an good supply of RS & P on hand. I've read the reviews, however, and I am eager to try this product. My son has a Colt Walker .44 that he has not yet shot, probably because it is so pretty, he doesn't want to get it dirty!

Could I convince him to try out his gun with a can of 777?
