Found some time this afternoon to whip up another
batch of my wild rice rabbit chowder....

while prepping the ingredients the door bell
rings..

Yes!!!!!! the big brown truck has arrived..

Driver asks "what am I going to blowup????"

He caught me by suprise!.and I laughed...


Happiness is a "new case full!"

delivered to my door step from Graf's and Son.

I have no excuses for not having black powder..

I like to shoot....case prices makes it possible....

Rats had to cut down on the saltpeter..

Not that I know of! I'll be stopping on in through to my way to St. Louis. According to my maps and calculations, it isn't far off the interstate. That should be enough powder to last me the summer before I move.

Can someone please wipe the drool off of my face/?? I can't get either of those items in my neck of the woods. NO rabbits, and, NO real black powder. I have a small stash of 3F, and when it is gone I'll be selling my flinchlocks...

A drive through at a place that sells BP stuff and other things that go bang makes no sense. How would you be able to tell the wife, I just need to run in for a few minutes to pick up my powder and then not come out for an hour or two.
