Greetings,Brothers.I live in S.W. Missouri now 'though I'm a native of massachusetts-home of the Pilgrams.In fact I have a cousin that came over on the Mayflower,and my grandfather(I'm not sure how many "greats" are involved)was chartered some land in New Hampshire by the King of England in the 17th century and his son built a house on the property of native brick,which still stands today,and is the oldest brick house in New England.I grew up just a stone's throw from where the Revolution began,and come from a long line of Patriots.More recently, my passion has centered on the era of the fur trade of the west.My interest in our patriots,pioneers,native Americans,Mountain men,etc.has been a lifelong endeavor,and of course,taking the old flintlock down off the wall and giving her a good workout on a regular basis! Until now that's been a pretty private obsession,so I'm looking forward to sharing my passion with others of a like mind.
