I decided to keep this horn :)
I just completed this rather nifty Powder Horn (#29) today. Like most, I had no 'master plan' going into it but I just started at it and the designs came to me. I incorporated a few new scroll elements that I think look good.
I am confident that his horn will compliment your long gun nicely.
It measures almost 12" along the bottom curve, 2" wide and 2.75" high.
The horn has a nice twist and can be worn on left or right, and the decorative scrollwork engraving will appear on top and bottom either way.

Thanks for looking!
