will theese shoot accurate in a 1 an 24 twist rifle. i am shooting deer with this/ i also use prb and ballets.

I see no reason why they should not shoot well out of that fast of a twist. Personally I would try some of the 460 grain No Excuses Conicals. They are cheaper to shoot, and the down range energy of them is outstanding as is their accuracy. There will be no whitetail that can take a hit from one of these placed in the right spot, and it will save you some money too.

If powerbelts are what you want, you might have to try some of the different weights to see which one will work best for you...

Good luck.

Seeing how this is the Traditional Hunting section, folks will likely endure anxiety with discussion much beyond a PRB.

What rifle are you shooting?

Quickly before the heartburn begins, here are some excellent conical in 50 caliber that should fly nicely from 1:24" rifling with or without a wonderwad over the powder:

Hornady Great Plains: in 385, 410 and 460 grains. www.hornady.com www.midsouthshootersupply.com
Powerbelt in 348 and 405 grain (Cabela's and elsewhere) www.cabelas.com
Thompson/Center 370 grain Maxi-Ball and 350 grain Maxi-Hunter (Cabela's and elsewhere)
No Excuse 460 & 495 grain. http://members.aol.com/noexcusesb/index.html
PR Bullet 350-450 grain conical http://www.prbullet.com/colcon.htm
