I went to the "public days" last year, and plan to go again this year.

It was quite impressive. It was so big, they passed out maps to help you get around.

You may want to rethink that date. The web site says the public days are the 23rd and 24th. I think the 25th is when everyone packs up.

Thanks wcontratto, Just a senior moment on my part :redface: Saturday the 24th was when I plan to go.

We have been there 6 times but my wife doesn't care for the rendy at all. They do have well scheduled events, a great shooting range and water piped to several locations (at every "blockade house" style potty. Lots of great traders and food kitchens, but if you don't take firewood you have to buy it there. It's a pretty long haul from Wis. (1400 miles one way). We didn't go the last couple of years for various reasons, one being the cost of gas. I know there is a bunch of guys going this year from our organization (ONWCo) and they WILL have a great time!

Thanks Mazo for the info.I plan to go on Saturday,just to see what it's like.I'm down here in S.Fl. working anyway So it will be a good time to check things out. I'm looking forward to it. :thumbsup:
