I have a Curly Gostomsky trade gun I have been turkey hunting with for the last 2 years. I have tried all kinds of loads and paper shot tubes and get a pretty good pattern but would like it just a bit denser.

I have read of some of the people who jug choke guns require the front sight and underlugs be removed before they work on a gun. My front sight is soldered on and I would rather not remove it if possible. Do you guys know of anyone who could jug choke my gun with the sight in place?

Eric,
I just recently had my 20g jug choked by Lowell Tennyson and I took off my underlugs but didn't take the small front sight off. My torch ran out of gas and wasn't able to get it off. If your front sight is small and low it should cause a problem. Measure how tall it is off the barrel and ask the guy if he could get it into his lathe.

eric, when you find somebody to do your choke ask them if they can do a double. thanks WK1
