I edge quanched this is warm water soap and salt you can see some of the quanch line on the blade the polish sucks some scratches.It fit a average hand better then mine.

Can you elaborate on your quenchant. I have never heard of soap being used. Sounds unique...oh, and your knife looks solid! :thumbsup:

Thanks all. For my water quanch there dish soap and salt in the mix. It suppose to relieve the tension in the water.i heat the water till it start to boil.
