Hi, i am thinking about get a 1858 Steel Frame Target Army Revolver from Cablea's[part# XF-210083

I realy like there Great price,But if is no good than any price it is to much to pay.
I also like the Target Model Steel Frame 1858 from Dixie Gun Words [part# RH0631] it only cost about 25 to 30 dollars more, but there again,if it is no good than any price to to much'

Any one got or try out either of these 2 guns and if so, do they hit any where near where they are aim at?
I Assure you i am not new to guns and yes i have own a Lyman Steel Frame Army 1858 a long time ago and that thing left me with a real bad taste in my mouth.Granted that was about 30 to 35 years ago and thing's do change.
Thanks for any and all input

Howdy Larry,
I have and shoot the target model from Cabelas. I am very happy with it. It shoots a lot better than I can. By that I mean that others have shot it and the balls hit closer to the bullseye than when I shoot it. :hmm:
Good Luck
Lee

Thanks LEE
i have since found out that the Target Model 1858 Army Gun sold via Cabela's is made via Pietta and so is the one sold at Dixie Gun Work's, and the one from Cabela's is cheaper,So i guess i will be getting that one.It is nice to hear from someone who has one and shot it and like it.Thanks again
